What kind of sod do you use?
A Kentucky bluegrass blend cut for this climate. It handles cold winters and recovers from summer stress better than fescue alone.
How long before I can walk on it?
Light foot traffic after two weeks. Kids and dogs after the first mow, around three weeks, once it resists a tug.
Do I need to fix the sprinklers first?
Yes. Sod that gets uneven water dies in strips. We check coverage before we order it and quote any repairs separately.
