Signs you need sprinkler and irrigation
- Sprinkler heads that spray the sidewalk, the fence, or the car
- A dry strip along the driveway or a corner that never greens up
- A zone that will not turn on, or one that will not turn off
- Water bubbling up from the lawn near a head
- The controller was set once by the last owner and nobody has touched it
- The backflow or valves froze and cracked last winter

Questions about sprinkler and irrigation
When should I blow out the system?
Before the first hard freeze, usually mid to late October here. A line that freezes with water in it splits, and you find out in April.
Can you set up a smart controller?
Yes. A weather-based controller skips watering on rainy days and adjusts through the summer. It usually pays for itself in one season on a city-water lawn.
Do you work on pressurized irrigation?
Yes. Filters, pumps, and the extra screens irrigation water needs are part of most of our jobs.
